Zhanjiang Guolian to Jointly Form Marine Silk Road VC Fund
 

GUANGDONG, SinoCast -- Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Products 
Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300094) declared plans to spend CNY 50 
million in forming Marine Silk Road VC Fund jointly with a 
Guangdong investor, with first phase reaching CNY 250 
million with survival period of seven years. The listed 
company will put 20% of the investment reaching CNY 50 
million while the rest CNY 200 million will be financed by 
partner and appropriated partially by government regulators.

The fund will focus on supporting companies engaged in deep-
sea fishery, aquaculture, seeding breeding, marine biology, 
marine biomedicine, coastal tourism and ocean equipment 
manufacturing.
